New York, New York!

It gives me great pleasure to announce that I'm invited to The 21st Annual New Directions Cello Festival in June 2015 in Ithaca, New York. In the festival I'll play a solo show and have a workshop. I'm also working on other solo gigs in the area, if you know a venue/promoter/agent who would like to book me a gig, please let me know! Thanks in advance and see you there!

New Live Videos!

New album in process!

A new Max Lilja solo album is in process and is due to release in autumn 2014.

"After the first leg of CITR -tour in October I spent a couple of weeks writing new songs, started the recordings in early January and hope I can finish it before summer."

" The concept of the album is kind of the same than in PEBOC, all on cellos, but I want to be innovative and again create something new "
